As a huge lover of pistachio, it's no secret that this ingredient finds it's way into my most popular pastries and treats. With gifting season just about upon us, I have been percolating behind the scenes on a lovely new range of tried, tested and tweaked gift ideas to offer you on the website.

I've curated a stunning pistachio filling for the 500g Chocolate Bar, using the highest quality Callebaut Feuilletine. This is a malty fine wafer biscuit to give the most wonderful delicate crunch at every bite. A product I've used in the most prestigious establishments through my career including Chewton Glen and Harrods. I'm grateful to have been introduced to such wonderful ingredients that I love and trust to bring luxury to a creation.
This filling is also available in a jar and is perfect for dipping strawberries, over ice-cream or just a wonderful snack...talk about elite!
This now brings me onto Banana Bread, we all know someone's friend's cousin's partner's dad that made abundant banana loaves in lockdown so it was a task creating one that could actually be remembered and leave everyone longing for another! It took a couple of tweaks on my bicarbonate of soda, dark chocolate and sweet cinnamon ratios to get it spot on. Of course that wasn't enough wow factor so I topped it with...drum roll...pistachio and rose petals. Obviously.
I'll let you into a little secret, my gym buddies are my top customers for this and they sure deserve the treat because we work terribly hard on our sessions as we train to take on Hyrox as a team very soon.
