200g of raspberry and chia seed, maple and rose scented jam. Vegan & Gluten Free. Perfect for overnight oats, on yoghurt or over ice-cream. 7-10 days shelf life, keep refrigerated. Approximately 5x 40g servings (78cal/serving). 

Each 200g jar contains: 6.6g protein, 13.7g fibre, 7g omega-3.
