Whole Espresso Torte (GF)

A rich, nutty, buttery, espresso, chocolate and almond cake with a silky cream cheese frosting, a hint of lime to cut through the richness. Not too sweet and a mellow level of coffee that balances all the textures without overpowering! AND it's gluten free! Serves 12-14.

Ingredients: sugar, butter (MILK), EGGS, ground ALMONDS (NUTS), dark chocolate (MILK, SOYA), cornflour, cream cheese (MILK), lime, vanilla paste, cocoa powder, bicarbonate of soda, salt.
