Whole Vanilla Bean Burnt Basque Cheesecake

A smooth creamy vanilla bean cheesecake baked at a high temperature to give a toasted crust and keeping the middle very silky. Traditionally without a buttery digestive base although added for structure and texture. Please request without base if preferred.

(Served whole for 10-12 people).

Ingredients: cream cheese (MILK), sugar, EGGS, butter (MILK), cream (MILK), digestive biscuits (WHEAT GLUTEN), flour (WHEAT GLUTEN), lime, vanilla essence, vanilla paste, salt.
